Given the made-to-order nature of each product, store credit only may be permitted on a case by case basis.
Keeper has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the approved policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Orders placed on in-stock items from April 1st, 2021 are eligible for returns. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any pieces. All items that are Made-To-Order are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
ALL RETURNS MUST:
• Be unworn
• Have no signs of wear or damage
• In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
• In all original packaging (gift box included)
• Have a copy of your receipt
Please return your order in the original packaging as received (or smaller). No oversized or large boxes will be accepted as these increase shipping rates. Keeper will not be responsible for additional courier fees due to oversized packaging and reserves the right to deduct fees of this nature from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Keeper has the right to deny a return and reroute the item back to the customer.
Kindly note that USPS is experiencing ongoing delays due to COVID-19. As such, your return package may not arrive by your return cut-off date. As long as the postage stamp is within the 60 days window and meets the above criteria in full, we will accept the return.

3. Click “Create Labels”
4. Follow the instructions listed under “HOW DO I RETURN”
