RETURN POLICY

In Effect as of November 1, 2021

Orders placed on in-stock items from November 1st, 2021 are eligible for returns. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any pieces. All items that are Made-To-Order are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale. 

ALL RETURNS MUST:

• Be unworn

• Have no signs of wear or damage

• In its original condition

• In all original packaging (gift box included)

Please return your order in the original packaging as received (or smaller). No oversized or large boxes will be accepted as these increase shipping rates. Keeper will not be responsible for additional courier fees due to oversized packaging and reserves the right to deduct fees of this nature from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Keeper has the right to deny a return and reroute the item back to the customer.

Kindly note that USPS is experiencing ongoing delays due to COVID-19. As such, your return package may not arrive by your return cut-off date. As long as the postage stamp is within the 60 days window and meets the above criteria in full, we will accept the return.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER?

All returns must be authorized by Keeper. Please send a request to keeperjewelry@gmail.com with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be considered. The return will be issued once we’ve confirmed the arrival of the returned merchandise.
