ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Given the made-to-order nature of each product, store credit only may be permitted on a case by case basis.

Keeper has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the approved policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All exchanges must be authorized by Keeper. Please send a request to keeperjewelry@gmail.com with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be considered. The exchange will be issued once we’ve confirmed the arrival of the returned merchandise.
