HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

Once an order is placed and payment has been received, we begin to process your order. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped. If an order is expected to take longer, a representative will notify you.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped via ups. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order at check out. Each customer will be provided with tracking information upon release of his or her order. For any inquiries about a shipped order please contact sales@ashleykeeper.com.

IS SALES TAX APPLICABLE?

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped to addresses within NY, NJ, CT, and PA. For orders shipped to other locations, sales tax does not apply.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our privacy policy in full.

ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?

Returns are permitted with prior authorization. Any shipments returned without prior authorization will be returned to sender. See the returns section for more information.
